Established in 1995

Revelation Farms began with the Grom family’s interest in horses. Calling Frenchtown, NJ home for more than 20 years, they arrived at the main estate property - located in Frenchtown, NJ - in 1993. At that time, there was a simple, cape style farm house located on 45 acres. After installing run-in sheds and proper fencing, two American Saddlebred horses were brought to the property, accompanying two pleasure horses. These first two Saddlebreds were purchased from Fred and Mildred Link of Robin Hill Farm in Pittstown, NJ. The Links owned a Saddlebred stallion who sired a colt and a filly that the family acquired from them. While neither horse proved to have an illustrious career, they were greatly loved regardless. Larry Houck was the farm's first Saddlebred trainer. Soon after his arrival, the Grom children were enrolled in Saddle Seat riding and driving lessons.

While this is just the start of the show chapter, the rest is history. The Grom family traveled all over the country showing. Shortly thereafter, a state of the art Equine Facility was build on the Grom's adjacent estate property, thus establishing the agricultural center of Revelation Farms. The family progressed through the walk & trot, junior exhibitor, and amateur ranks as the years flew by. As time passed, Revelation Farms owned horses soon claimed World Championship, World Grand Championship, Reserve World Championship, Reserve World Grand Championship and National Championship titles. Kaitlyn Grom-Burnett, Tara Grom, or the Head Trainer would be in the irons. The Grom daughters were coached and mentored each step of the way by professionals such as Lillian Shively, Kathy Boggs, Erin Boggs, Jo Cornell, Terry Stephenson and Michael Richardson, and more. Each individual holds a special place in the heart of Revelation Farms. And while every horse that has been owned and shown through the barn is deeply loved, the Grom's cannot deny that there have been a few diamonds in the rough who have stolen their hearts. These horses include RWC CH Diamond Flight, RWC CH Uwharrie’s Patriot Sage, WCC CH Perfect Vengeance, WC CH Whimsicality, WCC CH Absolutely Exquisite, The King's Watchman, and WCC CH With Style and Grace.

Many horses are retired on the grounds, making the farm their forever home.

Nowadays, the major focus of the farm is the responsible breeding program. The Grom's have bred top-quality mares to select stallions such as Sultan's Great Day, Callaway's Northern Kiss, Undulata's Nutcracker, Sir William Robert, WGC Marc of Charm, Desert's Supreme Memories, Designed and Bluesville. You can see the offspring of these royally bred horses in the show ring today! They have garnered top ribbons at the World Championship Horse Show, The American Royal, Lexington Junior League and more.
